Tablet. The tablet is used record the data you see out in the field, recording videos, photos, etc. ( http://plus.epicollect.net//Dragonfly101 )

Binoculars. Binoculars are used in this as a closer look at the Dragonflies. The naked eye can see them but the Binoculars give you an in depth look at their color. So you can identify the Dragonflies.

Dragonfly field guides/Data/Geo tracker. This is used so you can not only record data electronically but handwritten as well, so that if anything was lost you’ll have it written down. The geo tracker is for your use, to help you track your steps of all the location you’ve been to while out in the field, looking for Dragonflies.
Procedure in field
1. Fill out the top of the dragonfly guide introduction to know the conditions of how it is outside.
2. After filling the introduction begin a 5-10 min walk in the area your in in transect A you will begin to put what type of dragonflies you see and how many.
3. After finishing your 5-10 min walk you can take a 5 minute sit where you will observe the amount of dragonflies in the area and put that data in transect B
4. Repeat step 2 and put in transect C
5. Repeat step 3 and put in transect D Another step you could do is a 5-10 minutes sit and look, where you sit in one location for the appropriate amount of time.
